What We Do

Emerald Legend LTD provides candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and optional administrative support services. We do not employ candidates. We facilitate connections between employers seeking workers and candidates seeking employment. All final hiring decisions, employment contract terms, and working conditions are determined by the employer.

 

Free Recruitment Guarantee – No Fees for Placement or Selection

Candidates are never charged for job placement, application processing, or selection. Recruitment services are completely free for candidates.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers are fully responsible for the terms of employment contracts, salary payments, work permits, visa arrangements, workplace conditions, and compliance with local labor laws in their country. While Emerald Legend LTD plays a role in candidate sourcing, it is not a party to employment contracts and bears no liability for employer decisions or working conditions.

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates involved in candidate sourcing must provide accurate information in their applications, respond promptly to communications, comply with visa and work permit requirements, and fulfill their obligations under employment contracts with employers, such as those at Emerald Legend LTD.

Limitation of Liability

Emerald Legend LTD is not liable for employer decisions, visa refusals, changes in immigration policy, employment disputes, workplace conditions, salary matters, or any legal consequences arising from employment contracts. We focus on candidate sourcing and offer optional administrative services only.

Payment Terms

All services, including candidate sourcing, are invoiced with itemized costs transparently displayed. Invoices clearly separate our service fees from third-party costs, ensuring clarity for clients like Emerald Legend LTD. Payment terms are specified on invoices, and our refund policy is provided with service agreements and available upon request, including details relevant to employment contracts.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may change with notice posted on our website, including updates related to candidate sourcing by Emerald Legend LTD. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, including any implications for employment contracts.
